Insufficient Address / Unclaimed Package Policy:

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including your full name and any necessary details. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed through customs, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. If you would like us to resend the package, we will require payment for the additional shipping cost.

Lost Packages Policy:

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, please contact your local postal service to begin a search request. Libra Dubai is not responsible for lost packages more than 7 days after the delivery date.
