Returns & Exchanges

At Libra Dubai, we take pride in creating high-quality modest wear and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we offer returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, email us at libradubaiuae@gmail.com with your order number.

If your return is approved, the following conditions apply:

• The return shipping cost will match your original shipping fee. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund along with the return label fee.
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and properly folded in their original packaging to prevent damage.

Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including but not limited to:

• Stains, holes, or loose threads
• Noticeable scents (e.g., detergent, perfume)
• Ironing marks or any visible signs of use

Important Notes:

• Unapproved returns will be sent back to the sender.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Please allow 1–7 business days for inspection and refund processing after your return is delivered.
• International Returns: We do not provide return labels for international orders, but you may return items using a trackable shipping method.
• We are not responsible for lost return packages, but you have the option to add shipping insurance.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You can either use your own trackable shipping method or request a prepaid return label (US based orders only), with the cost deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy

We offer free return labels for exchanges! (US only) Here’s how it works:
✔ Items must be unworn and in original condition and returned within 7 days.
✔ Contact us to request an exchange, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
✔ A $6.99 fee applies for shipping the new item. A link will be sent to purchase the reshipment label.

Cancellation Policy

• Preorders cannot be canceled, as they are made to order.
• For standard orders, cancellations must be requested before fulfillment.
• Once an order is processed, a 3% cancellation fee applies due to bank processing charges (which range from 3-5% depending on the payment method).
